Your profil
- Excellent communicator on the phone in both English and French
- Comfortable spending time sitting in front of a computer
- 5 years or more of experience in customer service
- Have already worked in a security company or alarm central (Recommended)

Service Technician and Subcontractor
The service technician position consists of repairing, installing, configuring and maintaining security systems for residential costumers.

Your profile (required)
- Experience in security systems installation (DSC, Honeywell and Paradox)
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual (French and English)
- More than five years' experience in the field of security
